- Class activities
- Briefly present the image you brought from home.
- What new way of describing space is used in it?
- What makes this type of space description appropriate or inappropriate for this particular image?
- Computer lab activities
- The class will conclude in the computer lab (rm. 1024, 2nd floor).
- Bring your student ID and, if you have it, bring along the CD-ROM from your textbook.
- Follow the directions on the CD-ROM for Organizing Space review and self-test.
- Before leaving the computer, make sure to call the instructor to record your self-test results.
- Home activities
- Find and bring to class an image showing one of the following color attributes:
- Color contrast (complementary hues).
- Color harmony (related hues).
- Vivid, pastel, or neutral colors (high, low, and zero saturation).
- Value contrast (high and low luminance).
- Review chapter 4 (pp. 72-90) and read chapter 5 (pp. 91-103) of the textbook
